My Journey

At the age of fifty, I found myself suddenly single, jobless, and without a home after three decades of stability. This unexpected turn left me feeling lost, searching for a new direction. I made a bold decision: I gave away nearly all my possessions, keeping only three boxes of photos of my children and a single suitcase of clothes, to embark on a fresh start.

Opportunities for true new beginnings are rare, and despite the daunting challenges ahead, I was determined to make the rest of my life different. I journeyed to Nepal, driven by a lifelong curiosity about Buddhism. It was there that my life underwent a profound transformation.

Immersed in the rich tapestry of Nepalese culture and Tibetan Buddhism for a month, I witnessed firsthand the contrast between poverty and genuine happiness. This experience opened my eyes to the profound value of life in all its forms.

One quote by Milarepa resonated deeply with me during this time: 'My religion is to live and die without regret.'

Upon returning to London, I embraced a conscious, intentional way of living. In 2017, I formally became a Buddhist by taking refuge and later obtained certifications in Mindfulness teaching and Life Coaching with NLP.

Since then, I've dedicated myself to helping individuals navigating divorce, separation, and breakups, as well as those dealing with cancer, loss, and bereavement.
